Always remember its Diet AND Exercise. Exercise is not just for weight but improving your heart, breathing, circulation, blood pressure, flexibility, joint support, sleep, energy, boosts HDL (for cholesterol) plus reduces chances of strokes, depression, diabetes or arthritis. A recent study came out that said exercise helps ward off dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Another study found that not exercising is as deadly as smoking.
Of course exercise does have a side-effect. One of looking better in your bathing suit but yes there are always side-effects 🙂
